Publishing and marketing operations, in one hub

Everything your brand publishes, in one place.

Chapar Hub is where the writing, the scheduling, the numbers and the client reporting finally live together. Compose once, publish to Instagram, LinkedIn, X and your website, then watch what each post actually earns.

No credit card required. Your data stays yours.

  • A record of every campaignBriefs, approvals, budgets and results in one thread.

Publishing

Real content, for real channels

Draft in one place and let Chapar shape the post for each network. Nothing is copy-pasted twice, and nothing goes out unreviewed.

  • One composer, four networksInstagram, LinkedIn, X and your own website, side by side with a live preview of each.
  • A calendar the whole team readsPlan weeks ahead, drag to reschedule, and see gaps before a client does.
  • Approvals before anything shipsRoute a draft to a manager or a client, capture the sign-off, then schedule it.

Analytics and funnel

Know what the work earned

Reach is not a result. Chapar ties every post, ad and link back to the pipeline, so the monthly review is a fact, not a story.

  • Funnel from impression to dealEach stage, each week, each campaign — with targets you set and pacing you can see.
  • Spend next to outcomeImport platform spend, match it to campaigns, and read cost per lead without a spreadsheet.
  • UTM links that stay tidyA shared library builds every link the same way, so attribution never breaks.

Audience and CRM

The people behind the numbers

Every subscriber, lead and deal sits beside the campaign that brought them in — the same hub, not a second tool to reconcile.

  • Companies, deals and tasksA light CRM with stages you control and activity anyone on the team can follow.
  • Segments that build themselvesFilter your audience by behaviour, then send or export without an engineer.
  • Email that answers backCampaigns, confirmations and rules that reply while your team is asleep.

Who it is for

Built for the people who run the work

Three roles, one hub, and nobody waiting on somebody else's spreadsheet.

  • The marketing lead

Plans the month, approves what goes out, and walks into the review with the numbers already assembled.

  • The agency owner

Sees every client's budget, pacing and pipeline in one place, without opening five tools to answer one question.

  • The client

Gets a login, a clear report and a request form — instead of a monthly slide deck and a status call.

The complete Chapar solution

Four jobs that usually need four tools. Pick a tab to see how each one works inside the hub.

A composer built for multi-channel work

Write the post, adjust the pieces each network needs, schedule it, and keep the whole thread — brief, draft, approval, result — in one place.

Handy things you did not know you needed

The small features that quietly remove an afternoon of admin every week.

  • Knowledge book

Tone, boilerplate and product facts your team writes from — and stops re-asking for.

  • Template library

Save the posts that worked and reuse their structure on the next campaign.

  • Intake form

An embeddable request form that lands as a brief, not another email.

  • Referral tracking

Know which partner sent which lead, and what it turned into.

  • Auto-responder rules

Answer the common questions the moment they arrive.

  • Workspace roles

Admins, managers and clients each see exactly what they should.

Pricing

Priced around the contract, not a price list

No two client books look alike, so there is no single number on this page. We scope what you actually run — workspaces, seats, channels, volume — and quote it. What follows is how that conversation goes.

  • In-house team

One brand, one workspace, a handful of seats. The whole hub, sized for a team that publishes for itself.

    • One workspace
    • Publishing, calendar and analytics
    • Email and audience included
  • Most common

    Agency

A workspace per client, with contracts, budgets and reporting kept apart. Priced by the size of the book, not per feature.

    • A workspace per client
    • Contracts, budgets and pacing
    • Client access and intake forms
  • Group or franchise

Several brands under one roof, shared templates and knowledge, reporting that rolls up. Scoped with you.

    • Multi-brand rollout
    • Shared templates and knowledge
    • Consolidated reporting

What shapes a quote

  • How many workspaces and brands you run
  • How many people need a seat, and at what level of access
  • Which channels you publish to, and how much you send
  • Whether you want us to migrate live campaigns across

Every engagement starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card, so you can see the hub with your own work in it before anyone signs anything.

Why teams move to Chapar

Fewer tools, and a version of the truth everyone shares

Most marketing teams run on a scheduler, a spreadsheet, an analytics tab and a CRM that never quite agree. Chapar keeps the work and its result in the same record, so the review meeting starts from one set of numbers.

Questions, answered

Everything teams ask before they move their first campaign across.

Which channels can Chapar publish to?

Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and your own website, from a single composer with a preview for each network. Email campaigns are sent from the same hub.

Is Chapar available in French?

Yes. The entire hub and this site are available in English and French, and each workspace member can pick their own language.

Can I manage several clients or brands?

Yes. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own campaigns, budgets, audience and access rules, and you switch between them without signing out.

How does the funnel reporting work?

Campaigns carry UTM links from a shared library, imported ad spend is matched to those campaigns, and stages from impression to closed deal are tracked weekly against targets you set.

What does it cost?

There is no single price list: every engagement is scoped and quoted around the contract — how many workspaces and seats you need, which channels you publish to, and how much you send. Every engagement starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card, and you can ask for a quote at hello@chaparhub.com.

Where does my data live?

Your content, audience and reporting belong to you. You can export your data at any time, and closing an account removes it.
